Yurt dışı sipariş vergisi 2 katına çıktı

Yurt dışından yapılan alışverişlerde uygulanan gümrük vergileri, yeni bir düzenlemeyle önemli ölçüde artırıldı. Türkiye’de yürürlüğe giren 4458 sayılı Gümrük Kanununun Bazı Maddelerinin Uygulanması Hakkında Kararda Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Karar ile birlikte gümrük vergisi oranları yeniden belirlendi.

Yeni düzenlemeye göre, Avrupa Birliği (AB) ülkelerinden gelen siparişlerde uygulanacak gümrük vergisi oranı yüzde 20’den yüzde 30’a çıkarıldı. Diğer ülkelerden gelen siparişlerde ise vergi oranı yüzde 30’dan yüzde 60’a yükseltildi.

Ayrıca, vergi muafiyeti sağlanan yurt dışı alışverişlerinin üst sınırı da düşürüldü. Vergisiz yurt dışı alışverişlerinde maksimum tutar 150 avrodan (yaklaşık 5 bin 500 lira) 30 avroya (yaklaşık 1100 lira) indirildi. Bu değişiklik, 30 avro ve üzerindeki alışverişlerde belirtilen yeni gümrük vergisi oranlarının uygulanacağı anlamına geliyor.

Karar, yayın tarihinden 15 gün sonra yürürlüğe girecek. Bu tarihten itibaren, yurt dışı alışverişlerde daha yüksek gümrük vergileri ödenecek ve vergi muafiyeti sınırı daraltılacak. -Volkan İcil-
